Pick a starting point

Rehearsals can explore a wide range of research questions. When you start a new Rehearsal, the prompt builder offers a few broad goals at a time so you can quickly shape a clear question without reading long examples.

Concept test

Learn how customers respond to a product, feature, position, package, or campaign idea.

Pricing change

Explore willingness to pay, churn risk, packaging preferences, and the effect of discounts.

Compare creative

Compare ads, campaigns, headlines, visual directions, or landing pages and understand why one works better.

Audience discovery

Identify promising groups, unmet needs, resonant messages, and barriers to adoption.

Customer drop-off

Understand where customers leave a flow, why they leave, and what could keep them moving.
Choose More ideas for messaging tests, competitive choice, product experience, churn and win-back, or unmet-needs research. After you choose a goal, the builder narrows to short subject and outcome choices and turns them into an editable question.
These are inspiration, not fixed templates. Edit the sentence directly or write your own question. The built-in question guidance (see Asking Good Questions) helps keep the final plan neutral.

How Stimuli Are Presented

When a simulation includes creative or product artifacts (which you upload under Content), the researcher presents them during the interview as numbered stimuli (“Artifact #1, Artifact #2…”), revealed at the right moment, and asks the replica to react to them or choose among them. A simulation can also include no artifacts, which makes it a purely verbal interview.
